Stage 1. Vision & Discovery - Concept Design 

Investment from £2,200 per room

We begin by understanding how you live, your aesthetic preferences and what matters most to you. This stage establishes a clear design direction, alongside initial timelines and investment expectations.

Includes:

Initial briefing and spatial planning 

Layout and flow development 

Concept visuals and mood direction 

Key finishes, materials and colour palette 

One round of refinement

Through considered layouts, concept drawings and mood boards, we translate your vision into a cohesive design that balances beauty with functionality — something that feels entirely personal to you.

Stage 2. Detailed Design & Specification 

Investment from £1500 per room 

For clients requiring a higher level of technical detail and design resolution. Detailed technical drawings, elevations and visualisations bring the scheme to life. Every element is carefully resolved to ensure your home moves seamlessly from concept to execution.

Includes:

Bespoke joinery design and elevations 

Lighting layouts and detailed finishes 

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification (FF&E)

Co-ordination ready information for contractors 

This stage ensures the design is fully resolved, buildable and ready for implementation.

Stage 3. Procurement & Design Management 

Priced separately, based on scope.

Optional support for clients who want ongoing involvement through ordering, co-ordination and delivery.

We specify and source furnishings, finishes and fittings through our trusted network of premium suppliers. All ordering, coordination and logistics are managed on your behalf to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy throughout.

This may include:

Supplier liaison and ordering 

Procurement tracking 

Design clarification during the build 

Ongoing support to protect design intent
