This is a focused, paid, one-to-one session designed to help you make confident choices early — avoiding rushed decisions, unnecessary compromises, and costly mistakes later on.

Many homeowners bring in a designer once the build is already underway — when layouts are fixed, electrics are decided, and options feel limited.

A Design Consultation is designed to happen before that point.

By involving a designer early, we can sense-check layouts, lighting, flow, and priorities while changes are still easy — helping you make informed decisions that support how you’ll actually live in the space.

This early clarity often makes the rest of the project feel calmer, more considered, and far less overwhelming.

Investment

Design Consultations are offered as a fixed-fee service.
Investment begins from £250, depending on format and location.

Full details are confirmed following the discovery call.

Many clients use a Design Consultation as a starting point before progressing to:

Design Concierge — for ongoing, flexible advisory support
Full Interior Design — for a fully managed, end-to-end service

Where appropriate, part of your consultation fee may be credited against a larger commission.
