We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Furniture and lighting direction
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Reviewing supplier proposals or client-led ideas
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Clear next steps following each session
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Support is delivered on an agreed basis during normal working hours, ensuring a focused and professional service.
How Design Concierge works
- Begin with a short Discovery Call to confirm suitability
- Agree the scope of support and time required
- Sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered via video call, email, or in person (as agreed)
This structured approach ensures each session delivers meaningful value, without ambiguity or pressure.
Investment
Design Concierge is offered on an hourly or block basis.
- £90 per hour
- 10 hours — £900
- 20 hours — £1,800
Blocks offer better continuity and value, with the flexibility to add further time as required.

Many clients use Design Concierge as an extension of a Design Consultation, or as a stepping stone before progressing to Full Interior Design.
It’s also well suited to clients who want ongoing professional input while retaining control of their project delivery.
